Dear Senora I am sorry I had to leave on Monday without the chance to say goodbye to you and to thank you for all your kindness to me while I was injured and staying at your lovely albergue. You looked after me as a mother and though you deny it I think you are a saint! I am now on my way home – my leg is healing well but is not strong enough for me to continue with the Camino right now. However I hope to return and finish it maybe later this year so perhaps I will see you again. I will certainly tell everyone what an excellent albergue you have and of your kindness to me. I am sorry I have to write this in English and hope you can find someone to translate but my Spanish as you know is very poor. Muchas Muchas Gracias Senora. Hasta leugo! With love and best wishes Christine Fawcett
